• Managing commercial activities & contracts for the Cement & Minerals/Mining Market in the SEA Region. Raising annual Sales Revenue of EUR 7.2 million (Spares) + EUR 1.05 million (Service contracts) in 2012.
• Maintaining relationships with existing Cement/Minerals customers particularly in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand & Philippines. Keeping abreast for the latest market development while providing latest updates to internal stakeholders at Germany HQ & Singapore office.
• Accountable for new Service Projects & Contracts Management to Customer Order Processing and Supply Chain Management.
• Monitoring & anticipating for the spare parts demand forecast for main key customers.
• Responsible for sourcing resources globally (via ThyssenKrupp Worldwide subsidiaries & external vendors) to fulfil customers’ service/order criteria within scheduled timeframe.
• Keeping track records for ongoing Contracts Offer, Order-In Progress, Financials & Logistics Matters in a timely schedule effectively via SAP Workflow Order Processing.
• Maintaining close rapport by frequent visits at Plant Site with the Plant & Equipment Maintenance Manager, Material Planner & Group Purchasing Manager to ensure smooth contract/purchase requisition internally & externally from both parties.
