Production executive
I am working currently as an Executive (E-3) in multiproduct agro & fine chemical Plant with PI industries limited. Where I do Instructs and train the operators in matters of safety, operating procedures and efficient work procedures. Ensures that plant area housekeeping is maintained and safety procedures are being followed. Performs process optimization and improvement projects together with maintenance and engineering team. Follows up the whole production process for the new cook products. Lead and participate the new project etc. Investigates unusual operating conditions in reaction area and off-quality products. Keeps Production and Plant Managers aware of problems/issues pertinent to the successful operation of the plant. Distributes work load for economy of operation. On a rotational basis serves as Shift Leader which includes daily time sheet, daily staffing and coverage within guidelines, daily call-in and extra time (unplanned), plant support and all process engineer’s task and responsibilities.
