Coordinating and developing all the activities related to Product Supply (both Planning and Replenishment). For the project I was responsible for coordinating the local Demand & Supply team, providing support and all needed information to regional team, testing, preparing and implementing business change action plans and impact assessment related to Supply Chain Planning within the
organization, working and collaborating with all other functions involved in project development (Finance, Procurement, Masterdata, Logistics, Customer Service), as well as preparing the needed documentation and reports for Country Board of Directors and Project Regional Board of Directors, reviewing and updating internal procedures and position descriptions, remapping all the activities and process flows in Product Supply (planning and replenishment).
Traveled and worked with regional and local teams from more than 15 countries for system building, development and testing as well as for Business Change action plans development in Dubai, Vienna, Warsaw, Bratislava and Bucharest.
Responsible for preparation of training materials and training the end-users in Product Supply. Managed to respect extremely tight deadlines, managing the D&S team and coordinating all other
streams for specific processes – co-packing, co-manufacturing and product planning.
 Received in July 2013 Country Award for successfully SAP project implementation, the highest recognition at country level.
