Responsible for the entire bottom-up planning process by preparing base business forecast for all 12 Modern Trade customers and supervising forecast creation for distributors, for the entire portfolio, integrating marketing trends, customer events, new product launches and delisted products, pricing changes, seasonality, working with other functions involved in the S&OP process such as Key Account Managers, Marketing, Finance, Sales Analysis, Trade Marketing Prepare analysis and reports for Customer Forecast, Risks and Opportunities Meeting, Country Demand Meeting and Regional Demand Meeting.
KPI tracking and improvement as well as continuous forecasting process improvement and optimization.
 Key user for all Supply chain planning SAP processes, users and trainings, as well as for new features implementation.
 Key user for Supply Chain Demand Planning BRIDGE Project implementation whose purpose was to split the company into 3 companies – Sales company and two Shared Services companies.





More than five years of experience in Project Management and Supply Chain in various industries and positions within Orange Group, Mondelez International and L’Oreal Paris, implementing S&OP and IBP Processes, Sales, Forecasting and Reporting tools, SAP system implementation, Company Split-ups, Operational tools, Analytics and Business Inteligence Platforms
