I was leading the Emerging Market engagement on behalf of the category team. This was a GBP 50 Mn business and grew at strong double-digits on the back of driving fundamentals with a few priority markets and sharing it across the world. The lead markets I worked with were Brazil, Mexico and South East Asia. My key achievements during the stint were delivering the 3-Yr Global Commercial Innovation / Claims Pipeline for the category and developing investment guidelines across Media , Trade & Sampling for markets to prioritize and deploy investments on the category.
