As a seasoned account manager, he won the Best in Major Accounts Management in Unilever Philippines for his performance in 2012. A year after, he was entrusted to lead a team of Unilever Key Account Managers.

Among his retailers, he has demonstrated consistent results garnering him 5 Major / Top Supplier Awards in his 6-year term handling NCCC, the biggest retailer chain in Mindanao (2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016)
