I can help your problem between your customer Japanese company and your company regarding to quality issue.

Over the 30 years of experience in electronics industry companies, of both Japanese and worldwide, know well about both customer’s quality requirements handling and in-house organization control.

Also I maintained document control and environmental legislations in Japan. During I was in charge, we were in good relation between Sony, Toshiba, Samsung, Toyota, Denso and other major companies.

Aiming at directing/managing organization through quality assurance activity based on my following expertise:
» Reconstructed a heavy industry company in Japan.
» Inverter circuit development and PCB manufacturing factory lamp up in Hangzhou, CHINA.
» LSI business lamp-up at Japanese steel manufacturing company.
» Established supplier control and the QA program with LSI business start-up, and maintained the quality level in the manufacturing stage
» Held frequent quality meeting with material/parts supplier companies.
» Marketing to consumer electronics manufacturers, such as SONY, Panasonic and Sharp.
» Achieved ISO9001 certification and maintained it for internal document control
» Won a good reputation from Japanese big customers for good control of quality and chemical substance control and issuing those documents, such as failure analysis reports and/or banned substance control self audit reports
» Strong will for maintaining good relations with customers, in spite of field failure problems
